Community Fundraising Donation Request

At the Northside Neighborhood House, we welcome the opportunity to support our neighbors with their community fundraising projects. We love to help our community whenever we can, however, we are not always able to contribute to every request for support.

If your organization meets the following criteria, please complete the form below and someone from our team will be in touch with you.

  • Support will be limited to school-sanctioned events and clubs that represent the entire school body and operates in one of our 10 CommUNITY Schools. (Hixson Elementary/Middle/High; Red Bank Elementary/Middle/High; Soddy Daisy Elementary/Middle/High and Sale Creek Middle/High School.)
  • Organizations that partner with NNH as a program delivery resource.
  • All donations are in the form of a $20 gift card and/or Northside Neighborhood House branded item.
  • Requests for coffee will not be accepted.
  • Requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the needed date.

 

Requests must be limited to one per year, per organization. The person making the request will receive notification of approval within 7 days of submission.
